SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (Domestic - United Kingdom)
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Shipping time depends on the destination, item availability, and local regulations. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the event of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
If you have not received your parcel within the expected time frame, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking code. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team via email.
WRONG ADDRESS
If an address provided by you or your recipient is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipping costs after we have confirmed the correct address (if applicable).
In some cases, orders may arrive at the nearest post office due to an insufficient address. If this happens, the buyer can contact the local post office to arrange a pick-up.
Note: Local carriers will attempt delivery 1-3 times. If the package is not claimed within the delivery window, it will be returned to the local post office for storage for 3-7 days. The recipient is responsible for picking up the package. If not claimed, the item will be returned to us. Please note: We are not responsible for any lost products during the return process.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
TRACKING ISSUES: “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE”
It’s not uncommon for tracking information to be unavailable immediately after shipment. Your tracking number may remain inactive for up to a week after you receive the link. If your tracking information is still unavailable after a week, please contact us for assistance.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if you’ve chosen combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving multiple deliveries.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Nzzzube.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery. Customs fees, tariffs, and import taxes are determined by your local customs office, and we are not liable for any delays caused by customs. DAMAGED ITEMS
Nzzzube.com is not responsible for any damage or loss of products during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Make sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer worldwide shipping, though some countries are restricted from receiving shipments. If your location is one of those affected, we will contact you.
Please note that international orders may take additional time for delivery.
