Returns Policy:

We do not offer returns on cosmetic products due to hygiene concerns. However, we offer a 14-day return period for non-cosmetic items, starting from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Return:

Your return will only be accepted if it meets all of the following criteria:

  • Returns must be sent via registered mail.
  • The item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and well-protected for shipping.
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included.
  • Items not meeting the above conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Refunds will be processed only after the returned item(s) arrive in satisfactory condition.

Please do not send back your purchase until we have authorized the return. To initiate a return, please email us at info@nzzzube.com with the following details:

  • Product(s) being returned
  • Parcel tracking number
  • Any additional information required for processing the return.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days or depending on your bank's processing time.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may do so by contacting us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been packaged and is ready for shipping, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Exchanges (If Applicable):

Exchanges are only available if the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged. If you believe you have received a defective product, please promptly contact us at info@nzzzube.com with detailed information about the product and the defect.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
